Aquila Shipping & Shipmanagement GmbH was founded in 1996. The main focus of the business activity was in the raw material – trade.
In the years 2010 and 2011 was the peak phase of the core company, with its subsidiary – companies. Due to restructuring, the company was changed operationally and returned to the market restructured in 2016.
ASS has separated from subsidiaries and the new orientation was supplemented by the investment area “Private Equity”. In 2019, Aquila Shipping & Shipmanagement was transformed into the current final version by the medical technology sector. Based on joint venture agreements, ASS today has access to a solid base of expertise, which should strengthen and expand our market position.
